Places, not coordinates
Each time, you choose a place to share: a café, a park, your office building. Never your GPS position, and never a pin on a map.
BlipDate is a dating app for real places. Share the café or bar you’re in, see roughly how many singles who match you are around, and let a private host introduce you, only if you both say yes.
Each time, you choose a place to share: a café, a park, your office building. Never your GPS position, and never a pin on a map.
You see rounded numbers: singles nearby, and how many of them match you. No profiles to scroll, no faces, no names.
When two people who match are both ready, a host asks each of them a few questions in private. You’re introduced only if the host thinks you’d click and you both say yes.
Pick the place you’re at. A check-in lasts one, two or four hours.
Rounded counts of singles nearby, and of those who match you.
It tells BlipDate you’d meet a match now. Nobody else can see it.
A few private questions. If the host thinks you’d click and you both say yes, chat opens with a suggested public place to meet.
BlipDate is for adults 18 and over. It isn’t in the app stores yet.
